How long does it take to install a door?

Installing a single door takes an average of 3 to 4 hours. A complete set of garden doors or double doors can take half to a full working day.

Which material is best for a front door?

PVC front doors offer the best value for money: good insulation, low maintenance and available in many colors. Aluminium doors are stronger and slimmer, but slightly more expensive. Both materials offer excellent burglary resistance.

Are your doors burglar-proof?

Yes, all our doors come standard with burglar-resistant locks and hinges (SKG** or higher). We are happy to advise you on additional security options.

Can I get a subsidy for a new door?

Doors with HR++ or triple glass qualify for ISDE subsidies. The subsidy applies to the glass surface of the door. We are happy to help you calculate and apply for your subsidy.

About Van Gestel Kozijnen & Glas

Van Gestel Kozijnen & Glas is a Dutch window and door company that measures, supplies and installs replacement window frames, doors and sliding doors for homeowners and across the East Brabant (Oost-Brabant) region, roughly within 40 km of Eindhoven. The company fits uPVC, aluminium and wooden frames with HR++ double glazing or triple glazing, using its own installation team. Quotations, contracts and site communication are available in Dutch and English.
